PC Protect Plan is the most comprehensive annual service pack for notebook computers available in the market today. It is specially designed for equipment that is mobile, covering all types of failures whether it is caused by normal use of by an accident.

PC Protect Plan takes care of all of the following at a glance:

• All parts and Labor (excluding battery)
• Breakdown mechanical, electrical or Electronics in normal use.
• Accidental breakdown and / or damage.
• Loss/ Theft.
• In transit as accompanied baggage.

TCC has an offering of AMC, which will give you One Year Full coverage for any brand of Laptops. It covers all its Parts along with Comprehensive Carry-in support warranty for the entire laptop (Battery exempted) and losses due to Accidents & Theft for mere amount of Rs.6000/- p.a. (Plus 12.36% Service Tax) per machine.

TCC also offers a Non-Comprehensive Warranty for any brand of Laptop for Rs.2000/- p.a. Covers cost of any repairs without spares. Replacements of faulty parts, not repairable or beyond economical repairs would be charged as per actuals. (TCC assures the cost of parts replaced to be cheap in comparison to the market price.) OR TCC will bare 20% of the cost price of parts purchased by the customer.
