The Company's goal is to capture 25-35% of the market share in India by way of aggressive and innovative marketing strategies offering at the most competitively prices, latest technology notebook computers.
The company shall achieve its goal of market share by:

Extending its reach through out the country via channel partners for sales and services .

Offering Multi Brand Laptop Service Facilities for all our customers through our Channel Partners across India via our own level 3 Service centers .The company plans to erect 20 such service centers across the country by June 2007.

The Company plans to increase its marketing strength to promote ACI brand and it's product range across the country.

The Company shall extend its reach to all potential notebook users located throughout India by mean of its own offices and via Business partners/franchisees and ASPs.

Company shall also offer all ACi notebook users unique international collect and return comprehensive warranty.
Notebook Sales International 
The Company's Goal for the international market is to gain rapid market share in the developing countries such as Sri lanka, South Africa, Dubai and Australia by replicating its aggressive and innovative marketing strategies deployed in India and routing its supplies to these operations and to UK via the Company's export unit (EHTP) in InfoCity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
The first phase of international expansion shall be the launch of ACi Dubai and ACi Africa . Negotiation of contracts is currently under process
Notebook Service National
The Company's Goal is to capture the entire nations notebook serviced market by capitalizing on the its already established exclusive tie-up with underwriters and offering notebook users of any brand industry's unique and unmatchable service and AMC packages.
The company shall place at every international branch fully trained notebook engineers in order to provide quality and speedy notebook repairs which ACi is renowned for.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVES 
Business objective is to rapidly gain notebook market share by offering quality notebooks at lowest prices and in support to constantly build up high profit revenue on service.
The Launch of Company's market breaking Ethos V model in April 2004 has already doubled the Company's turnover.
In year 2004, The Company successfully accomplished sales in excess of 5,000 units – the maximum number possible with its available cash flow.
In year 2005 the company is planning to offer laptops to students for below Rs. 20,000/- with mid range offered for below Rs. 35,000/-, both addressing the volume segment of the market. The value segment shall be addressed by unique featured and affordable laptops as detailed in appendix B
The Company deployed its plans to capture the notebook service market by offering to all notebook users (of any brand) in the country unmatchable and attractive service and AMC packages via its exclusive tie-ups with the underwriters and ACi ASPs around the country. The company aims to lead the notebook service market by capturing over 60% of the notebook service market share.
Upon availability of additional funds;

The Company shall launch further market breaking products (wireless notebooks). This together with effective marketing and ever increasing notebook users database acquired from the service market, the Company can with ease achieve its targeted market share of between 25-35%.

The business currently runs from 9 core locations Mumbai, Vasai, Delhi, Bangalore, Gandhinagar, Calicut, and plans to setup 4 more office at Pune, Goa, Hyderabad and Indore by second quarter of 2007. The business is further supported by an established network of 11 franchisees in Nagpur, Lauknow, Dehradun, Jharkhand, Kanpur, Jamshedpur, Indore, Gwalior, Guwhati, Surat and Kolkotta with atleast 10 resellers under each. This network had all been set up in our 1 st year and will be extended to over 1,000 spread all over the country upon arrival of funds for stock.
Start-up Objectives and achievements 
The team has achieved considerable commercial and technical success during its start-up years in India. The management team identified a number of objectives that would prepare the company for commercial exploitation of its market place and turnover to date is showing that their strategy is well founded.
